The mission of Sophia's Place is to create safe, accessible and supportive residential communities where adults with disabilities and military veterans can live with dignity, greater independence and a genuine sense of belonging.
We seek to combine thoughtfully designed housing with community resources and opportunities that support the whole person.
Our vision includes accessible homes, wellness resources, social activities, community gathering spaces, educational opportunities, vocational development and connections to services that can help residents thrive.
OUR VISION
We envision a future in which adults with disabilities do not have to fear losing their home or community when family caregivers are no longer available.
We envision veterans having access to communities where their service is respected and where stability, connection and opportunity are within reach.
And we envision communities where people are recognized for their abilities, personalities, dreams and contributions—not simply the challenges they face.
